Rethinking success, building resilience: Arketa Institute was featured in an article on NZZ Sustainable Switzerland this week.

The article covers the basics of Neoclassical Economics and lays out why endless economic growth is unlikely on a finite planet. Instead of striving for constant growth, author Leonard Creutzburg says, businesses should aim for resilience.

Arketa Institute was featured for seeking to build a more resilient and less growth-dependent financial system. “Our current financial system isn’t particularly resilient, because it doesn’t sufficiently account for the dependence of our economies on the environment,” co-founder Anastasia Linn was quoted as saying. Ultimately all business is dependent on the biosphere.
